In winter, ski-in ski-out with direct access to the slopes of the famous Sellaronda circuit in the Dolomiti Superski area, just a few metres from the ‘Burz’ chairlift.

Pets are not allowed.
We require a deposit of 20% of the total amount by bank transfer or credit card.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the days booked will be charged. In case of cancellation, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid (it is possible to take out travel insurance directly from our website).
You can pay your bill in cash up to €4,999.00, by cheque, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), debit card or bank transfer.

Travel cancellation insurance
- Before embarking on a trip, something can always happen. In the event of cancellation, according to EEC regulations, the following costs will be charged:
- More than 2 months before arrival - no charge
- 2 months to 30 days before arrival 20% of the booking value
- 29 to 15 days before arrival 30% of the booking value
- 14 to 6 days before arrival 50% of the booking value
- 5 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the booking value
- 1 day before arrival or no-show 100% of the booking value
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked period of stay will be charged.
- To avoid these charges, we suggest you take out our travel cancellation insurance.
