What facilities do the apartments have?

The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with dishwasher, microwave (no conventional oven), refrigerator with small freezer compartment, toaster, telephone, satellite TV, safe, and Wi-Fi.

What time and where are check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in (and key collection) from 4 p.m. at Hotel Evaldo. 

  • Check-out by 10 a.m.

Do you accept pets?

Pets are not allowed.

Is a deposit required?

We require a deposit of 20% of the total amount by bank transfer or credit card.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the days booked will be charged. In case of cancellation, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid (it is possible to take out travel insurance directly from our website).

You can pay your bill in cash up to €4,999.00, by cheque, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), debit card or bank transfer.

Travel cancellation insurance

  • Before embarking on a trip, something can always happen. In the event of cancellation, according to EEC regulations, the following costs will be charged:
  • More than 2 months before arrival - no charge
  • 2 months to 30 days before arrival 20% of the booking value
  • 29 to 15 days before arrival 30% of the booking value
  • 14 to 6 days before arrival 50% of the booking value
  • 5 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the booking value
  • 1 day before arrival or no-show 100% of the booking value
  • In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked period of stay will be charged.
  • To avoid these charges, we suggest you take out our travel cancellation insurance.

What are the summer prices?

  • Type A apartment from € 850.00 to € 1.200,00 for 7 nights, accommodation only.

  • Small Type B apartment from € 1.000,00 to €1.400,00 for 7 nights, accommodation only.

  • Type B apartment from € 1.200,00 to € 1.700,00 for 7 nights, accommodation only

  • Type C apartment from € 1.400,00 to € 1.900,00 for 7 nights, accommodation only

  • Tourist tax € 1.00 per person, per night, from 12 years of age

What are the winter prices?

  • Apartment Type A from € 1.250,00 to € 2.200,00 for 7 nights, accommodation only

  • Small Apartment Type B from € 1.400,00 to € 2.400,00 for 7 nights, accommodation only

  • Type B apartment from € 1.680,00 to € 2.700,00 for 7 nights, accommodation only

  • Type C apartment from € 1.880,00 to € 2.900,00 for 7 nights, accommodation only
